Select Multiple Residences When You Request A Vacation

Introducing a new feature that will greatly expand your travel opportunities! You can now select multiple residence sizes, if available, at one specific property when you Request A Vacation. By selecting multiple residences, all corresponding owners are notified of your request parameters and can fulfill your request on a first come, first served basis.

When you submit a Request A Vacation, your Elite Credits are placed on hold pending a response from an owner. You also have the option to offer additional Credits, if available to you, to incentivize an owner to fulfill your request. During this timeframe, owners are also able to submit a counteroffer. Likewise, you are able to accept or deny the counteroffer. Your Credits will be returned to your account if the request is not fulfilled or has expired. If you request is fulfilled, you are required to finalize the exchange.

If you are flexible on the residence size at one specific property, submit a Request A Vacation. If you are flexible on the property or set of dates you wish to travel, add a Location to your Watch List to receive notifications when all available properties within the destination meet your request parameters.

Step 1

Members who have Elite Credits in his/her account may Request A Vacation. If you do not have Credits in your account, submit a new vacation deposit or add a Watch List request.

Step 2

When submitting a Request A Vacation, choose the specific property, residence size(s), and specific dates you are interested in. Offer incentive Credits if available to you.

Step 3

Requests are sent via email every Thursday at 10am EST, and member are given until the following Tuesday at 10am to respond. Or, make this a weekly recurring request.
